Minoo Park transforms into a magical autumn wonderland during the annual Minoo Momiji Festival. Access : Take the Hankyu Takarazuka line from Umeda station (JR Osaka station) to Ishibashi station (15 minutes). Change platforms here for the train to Minoh (5 minutes) 270 yen. About 40-minute walk to the waterfalls.
