Winter 「冬」lasts from December to February. The weather is usually very sunny, crisp and pleasant.

The northern Kansai area of the Japan Sea coast, and higher altitudes get some snow. The rest of the areas in Kansai rarely get snow. But sometimes you will be amazed seeing beautiful snowy landscape at in the city.
